Mrs. Nincehelser

Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Nincehelser

Hello, I’m Mrs. Nincehelser,

I am excited to be teaching 4th Grade this year! This year is sure to be filled with lots of adventure, fun and lots of learning! I am thrilled to get to teach each and every student and get to know them throughout the year… 2017-2018 will be a great year in 4th grade!

Here’s a little bit about me…

First off, my last name is a bit tricky to pronounce. The best way I can help you out with it is by breaking it down like this… Nin-See-Hel-Sir. You are more than welcome to call me Mrs. N! I am married to my wonderful husband, Clayton. We have one daughter together, she is one year old, and her name is Faye. Most of my free time goes to my family, but I do enjoy baking, exercising, and decorating!

We live in the town of Springfield. We have lived here for almost 3 years now. I am originally from the small town of Oakland, Nebraska. I graduated in 2010 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and then went on to obtain my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Before joining Conestoga Elementary, I was a Master Teacher at Educare where I supervised and coached early childhood educators.

Just a bit of my philosophy…

I am a firm believer that in order for a student to learn from someone, there must be a positive student-teacher relationship built. A student whom communicates with her teacher frequently, receives constructive guidance and praise; rather than criticism, will build a trust with this teacher. This will help the student show more engagement in learning, behave better in class, and achieve at higher levels academically. Of course the content of what is being taught needs to be age-appropriate, engaging and needs to match the student’s skill set as well.

I plan on forming positive relationships with each student and ensure the content is engaging! I want to instill a love for learning in my students, in hopes they will become life-long learners!

It’s important for me to say that we (as in parent/guardian, child, and school) are in this together! Open communication is key, and I am here to talk whenever you feel there is a need!

I’m so thrilled to have joined Conestoga Elementary School this year and I am excited to get this school year started!
