Strength & Conditioning Reminder

All CHS Athletes are strongly encouraged to continue with their weight lifting programs throughout the entire calendar year.  Consistency is the key to making workouts effective.  Weekly breaks are scheduled into the program every 3 months, with a three week break scheduled for late May and early June.  

Commitment is the key to athletic improvement.
