May 09, 2008
This year the “Power of the Positive” is back at our Jr. High. The students are taught to take the initiative and do the right thing without having to be asked. We call these types of students number one workers. Each month during our POPS assembly there are four deserving students who receive Student of the Month honors. These students are chosen by their teachers and then a final four is voted on to determine the monthly winners.
March and April students of the month are:
7th Grade- Brooke Murdoch, Sydney Todd, Jesse Hickey, and Royce Kempnich
8th Grade- Rachel Morton, Brianna Keene, Jerad Leifeld, and Frank Manning
Here is what some of their teachers had to say about them.
