Option Enrollment Applications
The Nebraska Department of Education has set March 15, 2010, as the K-12 option enrollment application deadline for school year 2010-2011. In addition, current Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) by-laws state: "Those students who have their enrollment Option applications signed and filed prior to March 15 shall be eligible immediately in the fall. Those students who do not have their Enrollment Option applications signed and filed prior to March 15 shall be ineligible for ninety (90) school days, with such transfers being subject to hardship waiver guidelines."
